1 - Sammy Davis, Jr. (1923-1990)
Member of the rat pack lost his left eye in an auto accident in 1954.

2 - Sandy Duncan.  After the mother was killed off, the joined the cast of the Hogan Family as the aunt.  She had one eye disabled following removal of brain tumor.

9 - Hannibal (247 BC–183/182 BC) This Carthaginian  military commander and tactician who is popularly credited as one of the most talented commanders in history lost one of his eyes during the crossing of the Apennines.
